Speak the word only

Our second example is when Jesus came to Ca-per-na-um and meet a centurion there.
Matt: 8, 5-10 The Centurion told Jesus his servant was sick of the palsy.
V-7 Jesus said I will come and heal him;;
V-8 the Centurion said I am not worthy that you should come under my roof, but speak the word only and my servant shall be healed
V-9 he understood authority, he said for I am a man under authority, having soldiers under me: and I say to this man, Go, and he goeth; and to another, Come, and he cometh; and to my servant, Do this, and he doeth it.
v-10 When Jesus heard it, he marvelled, and said to them that followed, Verily I say unto you, I have not found so great faith, no, not in Israel.

So according to Jesus, when you are faced with circumstances, problems, sickness, disease or any such thing, if you understand the authority delegated to you in Christ under his authority: you will speak the word and if you don’t doubt your words will obey you. He called this great faith.
 
Now we must take heed to the warning by David in the proverbs when he said:
In Prov: 18-21; 1 Death and life are in the power of the tongue: and they that love it shall eat the fruit thereof. We will be held accountable for every word we speak.

Prov: 6-2; Thou art snared with the words of thy mouth; thou art taken with the words of thy mouth. Now that we know that our words can help us and harm us, we need to be watchful of the words that come out of our mouth so we can be a blessing and benefit from them.

Now I would like to share a testimony of how I overcame diabetes by speaking the word of God to my body.

One day at home my heart was beating very fast and didn’t immediately slow to its normal beat so my wife called 911 and the paramedics came to my home. They took me to the emergency room for treatment

After the Dr. looked me over and took some blood, we waited for him to give us his findings.

At his return he said my heart was good, blood pressure was normal and the rest of my vitals were OK. However the bad news in the report was I have diabetes, and I need insulin right away.

After being released, I had an appointment at the local clinic. I went for my appointment talked to the Dr: blood was taken and I was given an appointment to come back in a few days for the results.

Upon my return and talking to the Dr. the results of the blood test were very negative. I was told my blood sugar count was higher than anyone that had ever come through those doors. My liver was inflamed and over worked because my pancreas had stopped producing insulin.

Some other things were said about my body that I had no idea was going on. My Dr. said to me you have just entered into the world of using needles and taking insulin the rest of your life along with pills and other medication, or trust God.

I must say, I was taken back when I found out the condition my body was in how this had failed and that was swollen and how my life and daily functions will be different.

After hearing all that, I gathered myself and told the Dr. I will not take any insulin use no needles or take any medication , I will trust God and stand on the word that declares by his stripes I am healed. I thanked my Dr. for letting me know the condition my body was in, so now I know what to pray for. I was told to come back in 30 days and I agreed. I came home; my wife and I took the scriptures and began speaking life to my body.

Matt: 18-18  Verily I say unto you, Whatsoever ye shall bind on earth shall be bound in heaven: and whatsoever ye shall loose on earth shall be loosed in heaven.

Matt: 18, 19-20 v-19; Again I say unto you, That if two of you shall agree on earth as touching any thing that they shall ask, it shall be done for them of my Father which is in heaven.
V-20; for where two or three are gathered together in my name, there am I in the midst of them.

Is: 53-5 by his stripes we are healed

1Cor: 6, 19-20; V-19 What? Know ye not that your body is the temple of the Holy Ghost which is in you, which ye have of God, and ye are not your own?
V-20 for ye are bought with a price: therefore glorify God in your body, and in your spirit, which are God’s.

I said to my body you belong to God and to my wife and I will not allow any sickness, disease or symptom of sickness to live in or on my body; and because this evil have been found in me I cast it out and say to my body be made whole in the Name of Jesus.

 Ja; 1-17 every good gift and every perfect gift is from above, and cometh down from the Father of lights, with whom is no variableness, neither shadow of turning. God don’t change. He healed yesterday and he heals today, if you only believe.

I also used Prov: 4, 20-22

V- 20 my son, attend to my words; incline thine ear unto my sayings.
V-21; Let them not depart from thine eyes; keep them in the midst of thine heart.
V-22; for they are life unto those that find them, and health to all their flesh.

Ps; 107-20 he sent his word and healed them.

I took the bible and begin to Speak the Word Only to my body, and the moment I settled it in my heart I new I was healed. I continued to live as I normally would from day to day and went back to the Dr. for the appointment after 30 days. They were concerned because this was a life threatening situation.

One thing I changed was the way I cooked certain foods. I stopped frying and started baking and boiling. I bought the magic bullet and began extracting vitamins, minerals, and the nutrients that came from the green vegetables I used.

Kale, cucumber, broccoli, cactus, collards, mustard and turnip greens. Cashew nuts, berries and pineapple.

The Dr. and I talked; she took some blood and told me to come back in two days. When I returned to the clinic and the Dr. Saw me her eyes lit up, she rushed me in the office to show me the results of the blood test.
Remember my pancreas had shut down and was no longer producing insulin, my liver was swollen and over worked and various other things were out of order.

The results showed my blood sugar had dropped and my pancreas was producing insulin again, my liver was normal my blood sugar was down from 585 to127 and my blood pressure was 128/88 and the rest of my vitals were good.

To be bold and Speak the Word Only, I praise God for the word of God healing my body and giving me an opportunity to continue to live unto him and be an example to my family. I do have medical proof to back what I am saying. I hope this article and testimony have helped somebody.

“Speak The Word only; How I Overcame Diabetes With The Word OF God

In this article we will see the power and authority to speak the word only in the name of Jesus coming from the mouth of a believer. Jesus knew how important it was for us to have the word so he gave it to us for a possession, and a tool. We are to own it and use the word against our enemy Satan the devil. Jn: 17-14

Jn: 5,22-23 For the Father judgeth no man, but hath committed all judgment unto the Son:
²³ That all men should honour the Son, even as they honour the Father. He that honoureth not the Son honoureth not the Father which hath sent him.

Look what the Lord had to say in Prov; 4-20, 23:
 
 V-20 my son attend to my words; incline thine ear unto my sayings:
 V-21 let them not depart from thine eyes; keep them in the midst of thine heart
 V-22 for they are life to those that find them, and health to all their flesh. Here God just gave the nation their health plan if the nation will believe and receive it.
 V-23 keep thy heart with all diligence for out of it are the issues of life.

In Jer: 17-9  God tells us a few things about mans heart; that it’s deceitful and desperately wicked so he warns us to keep it, how? By living and abiding in the word of God, casting down the fiery darts of the wicked one Satan the devil.

1Cor: 9-27  But I keep under my body, and bring it into subjection: lest that by any means, when I have preached to others, I myself should be a castaway.

Heb: 1-3 God uphold all things by the word of his power, this is sure, if God say anything to any man you can find it in his word. If you can’t find what God said in his word he didn’t say it. The bible is the reference he gave man to go by.

Is: 55,10-11  For as the rain cometh down, and the snow from heaven, and returneth not thither, but watereth the earth, and maketh it bring forth and bud, that it may give seed to the sower, and bread to the eater:
V-11 so shall my word be that goeth forth out of my mouth: it shall not return unto me void, but it shall accomplish that which I please, and it shall prosper in the thing whereto I sent it. This is the authority every believer has in Christ Jesus.

 Jer:1-12  Then said the Lord unto me, Thou hast well seen: for I will hasten my word to perform it.

Amos: 3-3  Can two walk together, except they be agreed? God want us to agree with him so at the end of our life we can become god, receive eternal life and be with him forever.

Ps:103, 17-19   But the mercy of the Lord is from everlasting to everlasting upon them that fear him, and his righteousness unto children's children;
¹⁸ To such as keep his covenant, and to those that remember his commandments to do them.
¹⁹ The Lord hath prepared his throne in the heavens; and his kingdom ruleth over all.

2Pet: 1, 20-21:  V-20 knowing this first that no prophecy of scripture is of any private interpretation.
 V-21 for prophecy came not in old time by the will of man: but Holy men of God spoke as they were moved by the Holy Ghost.

Jer: 17-5 Thus saith the Lord; cursed be the man that trusteth in man, and maketh flesh his arm, and whose heart departeth from the Lord.

In Ps: 119-89 forever oh Lord thy word is settled in heaven, our part is to hear believe and obey. In doing so we can receive the blessing he promised.

Ja: 1-19 So then my beloved brethren, let every man be swift to hear, slow to speak, slow to wrath.

Col: 4-6 let your speech be always with grace , seasoned with salt, that ye may know how ye ought to answer every man.

I will give two examples of the word having authority over circumstances or anything the devil bring when spoken out of the mouth of a believer, then I will give my testimony how I spoke the word over my body and God healed me of diabetes.

First we will start by watching how Jesus operates. In Mk: 11, 12-21 Jesus and his disciples were coming from Bethany and were hungry.

Jesus saw a fig tree from afar and they went to it in hope there might be some figs on the tree. But when he came to it there was nothing but leaves, for the time of the figs were not yet. In  v-14 here is the example of Jesus speaking the word releasing his faith. Notice what he did.

("First let me say that as they found nothing on that fig tree because the time of the figs was not yet, neither is the time for your salvation yet, or you being born again but it draweth nigh; lets take a look.

1Corth.15,20-23 But now is Christ risen from the dead, and become the first fruits of them that slept. v-21, For since by man came death, by man came also the resurrection of the dead. v-22, For as in Adam all die even so in Christ shall all be made alive.

 23 But every man in his own order: Christ the firstfruits; afterward they that are Christ's at his coming.  Has Christ returned ? NO Why? the time is not yet. So are you born again. Absolutely Not 

1Corth.15,45-50 And so it is written the first man Adam was made a living soul; the last Adam was made a quickening spirit. v-47 The first man is of the earth, earthy: the second man is the Lord from heaven. v-49 And as we have born the image of the earthy, we shall also bear the image of the heavenly. v-50 Now this I say, brethren, that flesh and blood cannot inherit the Kingdom of God, neither doth corruption inherit incorruption. Are you yet living in a flesh and blood body, if so you are not born again neither are you living in the Kingdom of God") Now back to where we left off

The fig tree said to Jesus, I am not ready yet; it is not time for figs. Hear his response; Jesus answered and said to it, no man eat fruit of thee here after forever. And his disciples heard it. Jesus stood in the authority given him by the Father. He expect us to do the same,

("Let me say again to all the preachers that say you are born again and are living in the kingdom now, preaching against God's law The Ten Commandments, this same judgement will come upon you, Lk;13-3. I tell you nay, except you repent ye shall all like wise perish.

Matt:15-14 Let them alone: they be blind leaders of the blind. And if the blind lead the blind, both shall fall into the ditch."or lake of fire)

V-20, 21 the next morning when they passed by the fig tree, they saw it dried up by the roots. Peter speaking up said Master the fig tree which you cursed is dried up from the roots.

If we go over what Jesus did we plainly see he released his faith by saying words. He said to the fig tree what he wanted to see happen to the tree. The following day they saw the fig tree had withered and died. The tree obeyed his words. Isaiah:55,10-11

In the beginning in Genesis, God gave man the authority to rule the earth and every thing in it. How? With his words In Gen: 1, 26-28 lets read it;

V-26 and God said let us make man in our image, after our likeness: and let them have dominion over the fish of the sea, the foul of the air and over the cattle, and over all the earth, and over every creeping thing that creepeth upon the earth. The only tool man had was his words to do as God did, and God said and it was.
V-27 So God created man in his own image, in the image of God created he him; male and female created he them.

There’s a nugget we find here with God and man, notice God didn’t make man after his kind. He said in our image, after our likeness. What is Gods kind? In Jn: 4-24 it says God is a Spirit, that’s Gods kind.

Gen: 2-7 And the Lord God formed man of the dust of the ground, and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life; and man became a living soul. Man don't have a soul you are a soul

The scripture tells us plainly who man is and what he is made of. Man is not a spirit, God is. Man consists of two elements, dust and breath, the finished product of man; he became a living soul.

Back to Genesis: 1-28 and God blessed them, and God said unto them, be fruitful, and multiply, and replenish the earth, and subdue it: and have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over every living thing that moveth upon the earth.

The question I’m sure you have is how was man to do this? Answer: with his words. Yes this is a word world we live in and God empowered man to be creative, to rule and replenish the earth with his words and by the work of his hands.
